  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During promotional events or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days

🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, customs clearance, courier delays, or public holidays.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order value
  • Product size and weight

We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or orders above a specified amount during promotional campaigns.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • Recipient unavailable
  • Incorrect phone number

additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

Lunazya is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Customs & Duties

For shipments within the UAE and KSA, no additional customs duties are generally applicable.

If future international shipping is introduced, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Customs inspections
  • Courier operational issues
  • High order volumes

We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives:

  • Incomplete
  • Incorrect

  • Photos of the package and product (if applicable)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in selected locations within the UAE and KSA.

Additional verification may be required before dispatching COD orders.


Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery (excluding damaged or incorrect items)

the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or handling charges before the order can be reshipped.
